After his car breaks down in Hungary's country side, a curious wanderer takes refuge with a gracious host whose motives may be more sinister than he believes.

This screenplay was selected out of the many from my study abroad program to be made into a short film. Taking inspiration from Edgar Allan Poe's, The Oval Portrait, the story has been adapted to a modern take on the tale. Spanning roughly three nights of filming, the final project portrays the theme of taking for granted the people we hold close.
