Each time you hear a click or pop on those recordings it is actually interfering with the entrainment process. Any clicks, pops, or tones that occur during presentation of the main tone actually get in the way of the entrainment process. This holds true for all background “noises” or “soundscapes” or music that others may place in those recordings.
