*Super Mind Evolution System* - Breakthrough Research Uncovers The Secrets To A Better Life…

Day 1 always starts from 7.00pm and ends around 1.00am (next day). Thus we don’t have much time to learn many things. However, it’s still very interesting and helpful because it lays the ground work for the whole program. I know you’re still curious, so here are what happen on Day 1.

  • Introduction: Stuart Tan will give you some good introduction about the program and help you to get rid of your worries so that you can focus 100% on the program.

  • Framing: You will learn about how the program works, what you can expect and what is expected from you.

  • Power of State: I must say state and right state are very powerful things we should know. As I understand, states are both physiological and emotional conditions that you can get yourself in. Some states are helpful to you while some others aren’t. However, it’s worth to note that, a state isn’t always helpful or not-helpful. The helpfulness of a state depends largely on the context you’re in. For example, depression state usually isn’t a helpful state, but it is when you’d like to compose some specific kind of music. Therefore, the lesson about states isn’t about which states are useful and which states aren’t, but it’s about how to get in the right state to perform at peak in a context. Throughout the program, you will learn that there are some challenges you will never get over if you aren’t in the right state to deal with them.

  • Power of Words: Words are as important as states because they affect your states a lot. Two very simple examples are “must” and “try”. When you say “I try”, you immediately put yourself in a “not-so-important” mode in which you’ll do something with only 50% commitment. On the other hand, when you say “I must”, you immediately put yourself in a “win-or-die” mode in which you’ll do whatever it takes to get thing done properly. It’s also very interesting to learn that you can actually control people’s behaviour with your words. Test it out with someone you know, ask them “try” to do something difficult and then tell them they “must” do it. Finally, the most important thing to learn about words is how constructive/encouraging or how destructive/demoralizing they can be when you talk to yourself. By the way, are you asking yourself: “Do I really talk to myself?”. Yes, you’re talking to yourself, and you do that many thousands times every day. Now, imagine yourself as someone who follows you every day and keep telling you encouraging words or demoralizing words (which kind of word is your choice). Can you see how motivated or frustrated you can become?

  • Watching inspiring clip: It’s a powerful and inspiring clip to watch and learn. I thought about it a lot after I watched it and found something very interesting about myself.

Day 1 will end with a small group session. It will be the first time you get to know your group and your coach(es) who will go with you as a team through the entire program. However, you won’t have to stick with this same group for all the games/experiments during the program unless you’re told to work with your group. For me, I worked with many different people for games/experiments that didn’t require me to work with my group. Actually, you’re encouraged to do so to know more people in the program.
