Two days ago, after my Wealth Academy booster session, I had an interesting discussion with my friends (who were WA participants as well) about Adam and Conrad, about their strengths and areas to improve. I think some information from our discussion will be helpful to those who considering attend Patterns of Excellence, Wealth Academy, Wealth Academy Trader, etc. Thus, I decided to post them here. By the way, in this post, I only discuss about what they have in common that makes them different.

Both of them are really passionate about what they’re doing. They’re passionate NLP practitioners, passionate investor & trader, and passionate trainers. That’s why they’re always at the top of what they’re doing.

For Adam, he was a master NLP practitioner himself for a long time, so we don’t have much to discuss here. For Conrad, he picked up NLP himself along the way while he was still helping Adam with media works. The moment he attended Patterns of Excellence with me, he was a very successful trader and a trainer already. Yet, he still participated more than 100% to help himself and people around him.

In investment and trading, it’s natural for Conrad as trader to be ultimately passionate about his job. However, I was very surprised when I learnt about investing from Adam. I always thought he was passionate about NLP and training only, but it turned out he had the same passion for investing. The way he dedicated himself to teach us about options really blew me away.

In training, they’re both excellent trainers. I meant excellent attitude. When they trained us, they showed very clearly that their goal wasn’t to just finish the session, but to make sure everyone get it and get it right. What they usually say is “No one will be left behind”. At the same time, they’re always open and generous in sharing. They share all what they know without hiding any detail, and they share what they don’t know as well.

I know you’re surprised when I wrote “they also share what they don’t know as well”. Some other trainers/teachers never admit what they don’t know. If someone asks them something that they aren’t sure about the answer, they still come up with some answer which may not directly solve the problem, or even worse may be a wrong answer. It’s different for Adam & Conrad. Although most of the time they know exactly the answers because they’re gurus, there’s still rare chance they don’t know something because they’re human like us all. And if they don’t really know, they honestly say they don’t know. However, it isn’t just that. They’ll search the answer for you, and they’ll get back to you as soon as they can with a tested/well-researched answer. Actually, it’s very good for learners like us if we have such difficult question. I’m sure that you’d rather have a correct answer than have a quick (not-so-sure) answer for your problem, right?

The last thing I want to say about Adam & Conrad is they always do their best to exceed our expectation. Some people say their programs are expensive. Yes, they’re really expensive (especially for me because I’ve just graduated and started to work for 2 years only). My wife and I paid almost 10K to attend their programs. However, personally, I feel it’s worth every single cent because I know for sure with what I’ve learnt I’ll earn back a lot more. Adam & Conrad themselves also spent a lot on their own education. At very young age, Adam spent his savings to come to America to learn NLP. As a bankrupt, Conrad attended all the good trading seminars he could find. That’s why he has been discharged from bankruptcy recently, and on his way to build a solid wealth.

Finally, I decided not to write about what Adam and Conrad may need to improve because:

  • They’re well aware of their own weaknesses, and they actually sometimes mention about those during the programs. I’m sure you’ll find out if you become a participant.

  • Their weaknesses don’t really affect their ability of training us, so it won’t affect the value of their programs at all.

  • They’re human anyway. If they’re perfect, I won’t pay a cent to learn from them because I believe a perfect person (if exists) won’t be able to understand and help us (imperfect human beings). My reason is “If someone never has to improve himself, how could he know what is self-improvement and teach the others to do so?”
