Encouragement notes don’t have to come from someone famous. Kind words from the hearts of anyone are good enough.

Encouraging words have personal touch: Nothing beats the handwritten notes. They carry personal “YOU” and communicate that you really care.
Notes represent an investment by the writer: I believe you only write when it’s important to you. Writing can be considered quite an investment by the chosen words/sentences/writing styles. You think more before writing than before saying, don’t you?
Notes are remembered long after the writer has forgotten them: Words from the mouths may fly but written words will last longer than you think they do, especially those influential words. Hence, if you need to think twice before saying, think ten times before writing.

Practice

Write often to practice your writing skills.
Write encouraging notes to people instead of saying if there are any chances.
Remember, written notes have the power in encouragement long after the writer has forgotten them.
